Strength Training/Cardio: Champions Fitness Club has a state of the art Weight Room and Cardio Area. We have a variety of equipment available to choose from, including treadmills, ellipticals, stair masters, bikes, and a rowing machine. Body Master and Nautilus make up most of our pin selectorized equipment. We also offer a full array of free weights.
Personal Training: Champions Personal Training Program is an advanced fitness prescription designed to provide our members with a more personalized exercise routine. Let Champions' trainers take you a step beyond your current workout. Our professionals encourage, motivate, and supervise.
