Strength Training/Cardio: Champions Fitness Club has a state of the art Weight Room and Cardio Area. We have a variety of equipment available to choose from, including treadmills, ellipticals, stair masters, bikes, and a rowing machine. Body Master and Nautilus make up most of our pin selectorized equipment. We also offer a full array of free weights.
Personal Training: Champions Personal Training Program is an advanced fitness prescription designed to provide our members with a more personalized exercise routine. Let Champions' trainers take you a step beyond your current workout. Our professionals encourage, motivate, and supervise. Lisa Deane is Champions’ Fitness and Aerobic Coordinator. She is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and Aerobic Instructor w/ 16 year’s experience. Lisa holds the title of 1997 Ms. Maine Figure/Fitness and 1997 Ms. Vacationland Figure/Fitness Competition. (back to top)
Judy Maheu is a NABF and NSCA-CPT Certified Personal Trainer, NABF Certified Nutrition Technician and Bodybuilding Fitness Judge, ACE Certified Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant and INBF Amateur Bodybuilding Competition. She currently holds titles both NABBA of 2001 and in NCP of 2002. (back to top)
Lauren Downie is an AFAA certified Personal Trainer and Integrative Nutrition certified Health Coach. She started her fitness career as a competitive athlete, racing short and long distance triathlons, in 2008 including an Ironman 70.3. She then branched out into competitive bodybuilding, taking home 1st place Novice Class and 2nd place Open Class. Currently at Champions, Lauren trains clients one-on-one, runs the BearSkinny women’s fitness group program, is the project coordinator for the Femme Fierce Fit: Women’s Lifting Team and Champions' WTF Dodgeball League. Her training styles include boot camp circuits, athletic agility & endurance, bodybuilding, and also injury prevention and maintenance. Leslie Look is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, former University of Maine Head Strength & Conditioning Coach and Powerlifting multi-world Champion. Leslie specializes in sport-specific athletic programs as well as partner stretches. (back to top)
