Champions Fitness Club offers a variety of strength and cardio classes as well as Yoga and other Specialty classes. Use the scroll bar to see our class descriptions below. Not all classes are ongoing. Please refer to the latest exercise class schedule. Call the front desk to confirm class days and times.

Class Descriptions:

  • Ab Solution (15 min) Need to tighten, tone and define your mid section. This is an incredible class anyone can take part in. Learn abdominal exercises you can take anywhere, or join us twice a week for the motivation of a classroom atmosphere.
  • Body Blast (30-60 min) A true weight lifting class using bars, benches and plates. This class gives you the benefit of a weight room workout, but with the motivation of a group atmosphere.
  • Cardio Jam (45 min) Boogie your socks off with this low impact class full of your favorite dance steps and GREAT MUSIC! (Taught using an add-on method for fast and easy learning).
  • Core Training (1 hr) The core is one of the most important muscle groups in your body. It is what supports your spine and is the center of every move you make, from running, to lifting, to something as simple as taking a seat. People with strong core muscles tend to have fewer joint issues and less exercise related injuries because their bodies are properly supported. This class stars out with a short cardio warm-up, then we do a variety of core strength exercises (including parnering moves), limb strength, and of course ending with a cool down stretch. We use medicine balls and hand weights.
  • Group Cycle (45 min)* ($2 fee for members; $10 fee for non-members) Take the ride of your life; dim lights, great music and a private atmosphere sets the stage for our new Cycling classes. Jumping, sprinting, jogging, hovering...sound like fun? You need to experience this for yourself. Our instructors will lead you on a fun, motivated and energetic ride you won't soon forget and all the while it is appropriate for all fitness levels and all ages.
    • * There is a $2.00 fee for members and $10 fee for non-members. You may sign up for classes one week in advance. Sorry, no refunds and no credits for no-shows. If you are not at your bike within 10 minutes from the start of class you forfeit your bike with no refund.
  • Kickboxing (45-60 min) Using a self standing heavy bag, you'll get a cardio workout that will shape and define your body like nothing else. Learn punching and kicking techniques plus combinations while burning body fat and working the core to help you show off your best abs ever!
  • Morning Flow (45 min) This beginners yoga will introduce you to yoga poses, and take you on a physical, emotional and spiritual journey. Keep in mind as you venture into your yoga journey, this is a beginners yoga class and it will be a wonderful way to transition to our evening yoga with Raya Kouletsis.
  • Pilates (45 min) Joseph H. Pilates defines Pilates as "Contrology". It is "the complete coordination of body, mind, and spirit". This class combines the elements of both Eastern and Western traditions and philosophies of exercise. The "calm, centering and wholeness" comes from the Eastern approach and also includes stretching and libering. The Western approach includes attention to developing muscle tone and strength through movement. Feel refreshed, rejuvenated and relaxed inm our Pilates class.
  • Power Yoga** ($3.00 Fee) This class offers a flowing sequence of yoga postures that combine core strengthening and breathing techniques. Yoga increases flexibility and strength, and creates a sense of alignment and grace. Yoga practice can be used as a tool for physical & mental stress management. Relaxation techniques applied in every class. Modified for all levels.

  • Saturday Morning Class This class focuses on cardio, toning, weight training, endurance training and mid-section strengthening.
  • Shape & Sculpt (45 min) Maximize the sculpting effect. Increase strength, endurance and flexibility using your own resistance. See the results 45 minutes can give you.
  • SilverSneakers®: Muscular Strength & Range of Movement (45 min) Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.   • Step On It (1 hr) Pump it up with 30-40 minutes of Step aerobics, then finish with 20-30 minutes of body sculpting. This class has it all! Burn fat, build endurance, tone muscles; do all this at the intensity level of your choice.
  • T.G.I.F. (1 hr)Expect the unexpected! The class is “instructor’s choice” of cardio, toning, and sculpting. Finish the week off with a great class and start the weekend with T.G.I.F.!!
  • Total Body (1 hr) You want your cardio and your weightlifting too. Here it is with step aerobics, muscle toning and strengthening. This class is done with an alternating format of cardio using a step then moving on to weights to work your muscles. This format is repeated for the length of the class to give you a Total Body Workout. All intensity levels are demonstrated to accommodate your fitness level.
  • Yoga: ($3.00 Fee) This class offers a flowing sequence of yoga postures that combine core strengthen and breathing stress management. Relaxation techniques applied in every class. Modified for all levels.
