NATE NEWMAN: I’ve been a personal trainer for over 5 years now and am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  I discovered my passion for fitness at a young age and have been pursuing it ever since.  One of my greatest strengths is the knowledge of body function and mechanics, allowing everyone to take full advantage of their one on one time with me.  No matter your age, fitness level, or ability, I can help you reach your goals. I can also assist you with diet and nutrition.


ALLISON PEASE: Like many others, after an active childhood my physical activity decreased. Realizing I didn’t feel my best, I made exercise a priority. This came with a long list of benefits, both physical and mental. I became passionate about helping others get the most out of their programs and their lives! I decided to certify through the American Council on Exercise.
