Judy - Trainer

JUDY MAHEU: A Personal Trainer here at Champions Fitness Club for over 16 years. NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) Certified Personal Trainer, ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Health Coach, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, NABF (North American Bodybuilding Federation) Personal Trainer, Nutrition Technician and Bodybuilding and Fitness Judge. Exercise and nutrition are my passions, I love sharing my knowledge with others to help them implement effective, sustainable lifestyle changes and achieve their goals.

 

 

JENN DIXON: I am a 44 year old mother of one son and have been lifting for over 20 years. I turned my passion in fitness into a career by getting certified as a Personal Trainer in 2016 through The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). The body is a kinetic chain and should be trained using integrated, multi-planar movements on a daily basis and fueled by proper nutrition. I believe that every BODY is capable of being fit and healthy by utilizing optimal nutrition and workout strategies that I provide my clients. I enjoy working with all age groups and helping clients achieve their individual goals, whether it being conditioning for the up-coming sport season, weight loss or body composition change through effective and fun workouts.

 

NIKKI HAFFORD: After being passionate about fitness and nutrition for many years I decided to take it to another level and become certified as a trainer to help others succeed in the same areas. I have been certified as a personal trainer for almost 3 years through ACE (American Council on Exercise). I wanted to share my passion of fitness by helping motivate others to meet their goals and become healthier both mentally and physically. As a young mother I know how busy life can be but also how important is it to sometimes put yourself first when it comes to your health. I am here to help people find that balance and feel good about themselves.
