I am a senior at the University of Southern Maine studying exercise science, varsity lacrosse coach, PowerBuilder, and farm girl. I have spent much of my undergrad interning with strength and conditioning coaches, acupuncturists, and chiropractors. My purpose is to help you find your fitness niche while creating an energetic and motivating work environment! SAMANTHA WILSON: Certified Personal Trainer through The American Council on Exercise. I am a recent graduate of the University of Maine with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science. I grew up a competitive gymnast on a Junior Olympic team and coached gymnastics. As a personal trainer, my ultimate goal is to provide the knowledge and motivation necessary for each individual I train to continue a healthy lifestyle on their own. My training style consists of a preventative approach to ensure my clients are enhancing their daily function. I am continuing my education to become a physical therapist so that I can continue to help individuals recover from injuries and move pain-free.
VANCE GRAY: Certified Personal Trainer through International Sports Sciences Association. I am a proud father of 3 boys and a life long athlete who started training for football. I entered and won a Junior Bodybuilding competition in high school. I attended Maine Maritime Academy where I studied business. I worked for 6 years with dementia patients before becoming a personal trainer. I look forward to helping clients with their individual goals.
