Suspension Training Room

SUSPENSION TRAINING: These Group Suspension Training Sessions will be using our Primal Suspension straps.  The benefits of Suspension Training are strength, balance, flexibility, joint stability and core.  Using different angles of your body will increase or decrease the intensity.  Our trainer will help you get into the correct positions and angles to make this an incredible workout.

Member Cost: $5 per session or purchase 10 session punch card for $45

SESSIONS are 45 minutes to 1 hour and may include:

Suspension Circuit:  These workouts will take your suspension training to the next level.  You will incorporate other fun equipment like weights, Bosu’s and 360’s.  It will also include cardio and drills.

Suspension Booty:  Calling all Booty Babes!  Who doesn’t want to target their booty?  These workouts will use our Primal Suspension Straps to give you your BEST BOOTY!

Suspension Core:  If you do any of our Suspension Sessions, you are already doing a core workout.  But…this class is ALL about CORE.

Suspension 360:  Take two amazing pieces of workout equipment and put them together for this amazing session.  There are no limits when it comes to a Suspension 360 session.
